Don't be afraid to talk to people, especially if you live with them! At first, some people in the house seemed intimidating or very different from my friends, but if someone is open to a chat once a while, a real bond can form

The most impressive aspect was the opportunity to live with people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. Through daily conversations, shared meals and activities I was able to learn about different perspectives and ways of life that I would not have experienced otherwise. For future tenants : Just be open minded and everything else will come automatically!

If you're thinking about staying at Borderless House - just do it! The facilities are amazing, and there is a strong emphasis on community here. These aren't just your housemates or staff - they're your friends. I am ever grateful for Borderless House for pushing me out of my comfort zone and allowing me to try a completely new experience entirely.

一緒に海外の方と住む事で、 SNSやYouTube、海外旅行では 体験出来ないことや気づきが たくさんありました。 また、観光地だったこともあり、 お店の人と仲良くなったり、 このシェアハウスのことに興味を 持ってくれる人が多く、 とても充実した日々を過ごせました。

The only advice I can give is that everyone is kind and we help each other in Borderless House. I really like when we are together, if it is a party or something else. Since it is my first time living without my parents I have slowly learned how to live by my own which is great. I have also learned other thing which are not connected to Borderless House. Thank you Borderless House! I hope I will return to your house soon, maybe not Uji but definitely other houses.

Living with people from all around the world is a really great experience because everybody have so much to share !! Uji house is really beautiful, atmosphere is really great, and the rooms are comfortables with good facilities. Plus it's really well located, in between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara so you don't spend to much time in the train if you wanna visit. To talk more about Uji, there is so much good restaurants and so much temples and shrines to visit it's really cool, and there is really tasty matcha. Finally, if english and japanese are not your mother tongue, living with other foreign people and japanese people allow you to improve really quick !
